Most of the team gets a long and helps each other out as much as possible.
I like very much their human touch
Motivated and passionate, always accountable
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Everybody needs to work as team and not think only they can do that job or doing jobs out of there level. Example Operator doing toolroom functions without asking or being told to. Cause hours of down time and scrap parts because they know it all and management does nothing.
