What are some of the best things about your team?Most of the team gets a long and helps each other out as much as possible.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Management needs to change their ways including hr or get new management and hr.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?Everybody needs to work as team and not think only they can do that job or doing jobs out of there level. Example Operator doing toolroom functions without asking or being told to. Cause hours of down time and scrap parts because they know it all and management does nothing.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?The pay is horrible for the type of work being done. Not competitive to other companies. That is why people do not stay.
