Consistently record revenues to bonus programs are healthy
I feel like my salary is fair based on my background and education. I appreciate that there is room for me to grow and believe I will be given opportunities to continue earning more.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The pay is horrible for the type of work being done. Not competitive to other companies. That is why people do not stay.
Should be getting paid more for the type of work being done. That is why some plants can not kerp staff. Employees that have not been here long, are going other places for better pay.
Amount of revenue generated by our department and amount of my compensation makes me think that I am undervalued
