What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Easy going, friendliness, collaboration, everybody willing to help you out

The company has a very positive culture. Having a leadership team that cares about it's employees and gives back to the employees makes the culture very rewarding.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

People need to be held accountable for their constant poor work instead of letting the rest of the team have to rework most of what they do. Making individuals understand what the role is example a Operator doing toolroom functions and messing it up. Not being told or asked to do these task.
