The pay is horrible for the type of work being done. Not competitive to other companies. That is why people do not stay.
Everybody needs to work as team and not think only they can do that job or doing jobs out of there level. Example Operator doing toolroom functions without asking or being told to. Cause hours of down time and scrap parts because they know it all and management does nothing.
