RevZilla – I rescently order some parts for my bike . They sent me an item without all the mounting brackets . Contacted them they took care of it . Sent me another one . Got my package and its missing the brackets again . I contact customer service again they completly ignore me.Dont get a response for days

It was like working at a high school. You would get reprimanded for going beyond what your leads would ask for because you were making everyone else look bad. Were not allowed to suggest better processes of doing things because you were there to work, not think

The industry is exciting, but since it is private equity ownership, the emphasis on cost cutting can be too much. I don't like the fact that most of leadership has worked together in previous companies, it has vibes of nepotism. Leadership comes across as basic cheerleaders too often.
