Improve professionalism, working conditions, communication across all levels and increase training for managers. Leadership needs to have realistic expectations for employee workloads and recognize that it is a toxic work environment for female employees.
The leadership team has 100 key initiatives. The priorities change daily and the messaging/communication is often convoluted. They launch initiatives without the proper infrastructure/team in place. They have unrealistic expectations and disregard team input. The reporting structure is non existent.
