At RGP, we are very proud of our diversity statistics. In fact, more than 60% of our U.S based employees are made of minorities and women. We believe that having a diverse population of employees that brings different perspectives and experiences only makes us better in serving our clients. We have been able to attract and identify talent that not only represents RGP well, but serves as a reflection of the diversity of our clients.
As a female, it's a comfortable mix of genders. I was in a project meeting with about 15 people and had 4 non-Caucasian team members. Not sure what the current US population stats are, but, I think it is a diverse group generationally and culturally.
