Bonuses are based upon performance, so you get paid according to your contributions and the contributions of your team and the company as a whole. Compensation is explained fully and if you have questions or concerns they are always addressed.
Our meetings are short, sweet and to the point. You can reach out to management (even the CEO) if you have questions or concerns. We also have forums where you can leave comments anonymously if you are uncomfortable talking to the crowd. It's very empowering.
The leadership team listens and tries to resolve issues as quickly as they arise. There are places to recognize outstanding employee contributions and everyone works as a team. Most importantly (to me), the leadership team has a sense of humor and makes it a fun.
They really wanted to make sure I had the knowledge that was in my resume, they didn't just "take my word for it". They made me feel comfortable and we really got to know each other. They were very open to the fact that I was interviewing them, too!
Our team really does jump in and support one another. Whether it's an extra set of eyes or something personal, we are always there for one another. We don't play politics (if you can imagine that), we simply want to do our jobs to the best of our abilities and make our clients happy.
