What do you like best about the leadership team?
Communication, training, compassion, smart, providing opportunities
The leadership team listens and tries to resolve issues as quickly as they arise. There are places to recognize outstanding employee contributions and everyone works as a team. Most importantly (to me), the leadership team has a sense of humor and makes it a fun.
They are always there to help me and they encourage me to build a career path in the company.
