They are very flexible with work hours, schedule, sick days, vacation. They have great benefits, the people I work with (directors, managers, colleagues) are young, enthusiastic and very smart. There are many chances to grow, despite that the company is a bit unorganized sometimes.

Positive. Leadership cares about their people and that makes it easier to lead your own team from a caring and kind place. Leadership cares about the health and wellness of their people and always encourage us to take the time we need to be healthy and at our best.

The leadership team listens and tries to resolve issues as quickly as they arise. There are places to recognize outstanding employee contributions and everyone works as a team. Most importantly (to me), the leadership team has a sense of humor and makes it a fun.

Our team really does jump in and support one another. Whether it's an extra set of eyes or something personal, we are always there for one another. We don't play politics (if you can imagine that), we simply want to do our jobs to the best of our abilities and make our clients happy.

Friendly, enthusiastic and very smart

Our meetings are short, sweet and to the point. You can reach out to management (even the CEO) if you have questions or concerns. We also have forums where you can leave comments anonymously if you are uncomfortable talking to the crowd. It's very empowering.
