We waited 6 months for furniture delivery . We called to reschedule delivery, was told computers were down and to call back the next day. The next day call back , placed on hold for hours. This continues over the course of next 2-3 days. Finally told furniture was given to the next customer.
Buying furniture from Rooms To Go has been the worst experience ever!!!!! I can't believe a national company would think and feel it's ok to conduct business in an unacceptable manner!!!! Last month, you didn't deliver my bed until 2 weeks after the date that it should've been delivered!!
Accept the return of the couch and loves seat my wife purchased. We are completely disappointed and dissatisfied with the product.
