Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My feeling of being undervalued comes from the Hard work that I’ve put in for low pay and often times myself and my co workers are Overwhelmed with work that we still complete regardless of the insane workload that is thrown on us daily and to feel ok about my pay I would need a significant rai

We work together well to complete our daily task!

Currently there is not much to be happy about at my job
