Despite being a growing company with nearly 500 employees, I still feel as though I can reach out to the CEO directly, and the executive team as a whole is approachable and accessible.
At heart, I truly believe SADA wants to "do the right thing" in all areas. I do still think it's a goal we're striving towards, but it's clear it's a genuine aspiration.
