A safe place to vent about my job and coworkers who are in the trenches with me.
Tony and Dana are very approachable. Er, I've never approached them, but they seem like they'd be open to an open conversation. At the very least, the weekly town hall is a great way to see Tony and Dana and Lusine.
Closing deals! :D But also coworkers and the support network. I also enjoy the cutting edge technology we get to work with and the amazing array of venues to learn new products. And talking to customers about all the cool stuff they are doing.
They understand my pains. The frustrations of dealing with customers and Google and it's a safe place to vent and feel heard. My manager understands my job and acknowledges the frustrations. It all makes for a great support network to be able to do my job well.
I think I am paid a fair salary, I have a good bonus structure with clear line of sight into how I affect that value. I haven't had to use the health care (fortunately!) but it seemed fair. The work from home benefits and stipends are more than fair.
