The flexability of hours per week
again communication and respect for employees
no appreciation for what we do

poor communication from corporate to customer and or employees
I’m a reset merchandiser we make profiles and build
SAS recently acquired my previous employer, was much better before. Though they are larger and fit into all the boxes for a classic business success, they adhere to an autocratic style of management disguised as a progressive entity identifiable by all the compensation-less cheerleading.
It’s been a great experience it would just help us on the front line a lot more if we were paid our mileage each week to help with fuel or even given a fuel card with a limit each week like $200 which is what I make with mileage a week but it’s hard waiting the 2 weeks to get that mo
