My overall experience working for the company is been great. I love my job. The only problem is Say you are required to travel with the position as a merchandiser however they do not help with gas and some of us have to travel over two hours to our destination, especially those in a rule area

It’s been a great experience it would just help us on the front line a lot more if we were paid our mileage each week to help with fuel or even given a fuel card with a limit each week like $200 which is what I make with mileage a week but it’s hard waiting the 2 weeks to get that mo

SAS recently acquired my previous employer, was much better before. Though they are larger and fit into all the boxes for a classic business success, they adhere to an autocratic style of management disguised as a progressive entity identifiable by all the compensation-less cheerleading.

They are there to help when you need them.

Being truthful and more transparent

The only compensation I get is mileage and per diem. But it would be nice if we were giving commission on things like merchandising etc.

Really don't work with any too often. But when I have, they seem competent, respectful, and relatively friendly. Really haven't had an issue with working together so offering a suggestion would be void of any firsthand, accurate and authentic content.

Working on my own each day

The freedom of making my own way. And working on my own but like I said it would be nice to have a partner or was at least paid from leaving my house to the first stop and from the last stop to my house I live a hour away to the closest store and I lose a lot of mileage because of it and it hurts!
