It’s been a great experience it would just help us on the front line a lot more if we were paid our mileage each week to help with fuel or even given a fuel card with a limit each week like $200 which is what I make with mileage a week but it’s hard waiting the 2 weeks to get that mo

The only compensation I get is mileage and per diem. But it would be nice if we were giving commission on things like merchandising etc.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Not so much… the help we get from the stores are little to none at all or at least that’s the way with my stores it would be nice to have a everyday par
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was amazing my supervisor went out of the way to drive over a hour away at night time to come meet with me because of my current work situation I was blown away thank you Scott H from central Ohio he is Amazing
What makes you most happy at work?
The freedom of making my own way. And working on my own but like I said it would be nice to have a partner or was at least paid from leaving my house to the first stop and from the last stop to my house I live a hour away to the closest store and I lose a lot of mileage because of it and it hurts!
