I interviewed 40 years ago and you had to have references. Now they take anyone who is standing upright and breathing.
We have a few great workers that get the job done. And we have ALOT of workers that get paid to stand around. From the top down.
They need to get their head out of the clouds and see what's really going on in the stores. They want to get back to business as usual but we do not have enough help. They don't care.
If they would REALLY LISTEN and not except a few workers to do everything. Pay one group of workers as much as other group of workers. Different union workers are paid differently. Pay the newly hired more so we can keep them.
A TOTAL change at the top. The top managment have no clue what it's like in the stores. They need to come in the stores and actually work some of the departments and see how their ideas don't work. And see what we go through everyday.
