It is the best company I have worked for so far (though I have only worked at 3 in total). And I heard a similar comment from another colleague. The culture is great, but surely not always sweet and smooth. The product is innovative, though we need more sharpening with more competitions coming.

The sense of achievement to make something happen. It's not always smooth, but in general not frustrating. Also my supportive teammates help me a lot.

My manager and teammates are very active in helping others and funny. The best of all is my manager, who is strong in execution, patient in listening, and skillful in giving feedback. Also he is willing to listen to constructive feedback towards himself.
