What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My manager and teammates are very active in helping others and funny. The best of all is my manager, who is strong in execution, patient in listening, and skillful in giving feedback. Also he is willing to listen to constructive feedback towards himself.

The challenging assignment. It is not too overwhelming but pushes me to grow within a short time.

The sense of achievement to make something happen. It's not always smooth, but in general not frustrating. Also my supportive teammates help me a lot.
