
Select Sires is a great place to work and encourages growth among employees. I think that there is a disconnect of employees with what we do and why - and that affects culture. I also think that morale gets low because it appears rules get changed for some departments and not entire company.

Benefits could be more representative of the demographic/wages earned at SS. i.e. $275 for ER visit is steep. A lot of things are done without being admitted (stitches, Xrays, etc cannot be done in an Urgent Care). Compensation should be more comparable to member employees (all levels
