What's the pay like for Engineering roles at SEPHORA?

Engineering Leaders (Directors and Above) make good industry salaries. For the last decade, Sephora's generous bonus structure and exceptional company performance has resulted in 50% bonuses for senior leaders. The bonuses for Engineers below this level are half that. And their salaries are comparable to other retail outfits -- but not as high as some more glamorous places in the startup and social media world. Then again, it's very much a 9-5 job with 4 weeks vacation for everyone, Friday afternoons off in the summer, and tons of perks.
