Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Our benefits are extremely expensive. To insure my family costs me 12k a year. Other companies in the Bay Area pay 100% of their employees premiums. We get email after email about how well Sephora is doing, but we dont see any compensation related to that. Bonuses are taxed like crazy.

My department is being closed but with all of the job requirements added over the past year, I believe we should have received at least $2-$3 more.

I feel a little scope of improvement in my role according to the responsibilities given

Retail is in general underpaid. I believe Sephora is about 10 - 15% off the mark on pay. Health benefits are expensive and there are so manyother benefits that could be offered at full cost to the employee such as Allstate or lifelock identity insurance or umbrella policy coverage

They are so supportive and collaborative. If I need anything or have a question, I know someone would answer or help with what I need. Such an amazing group of people to work with, some of the best!

Most of the people are really nice. There are some people who have an attitude problem or a personality that I may not mesh with but overall, everyone is great.

We all need to stand up together and face leadership and the way they manage. There is absolutely no work-life balance and the hours at my store are a joke.

The best thing about Sephora is the culture they have created over the years and the Diversity & Inclusion they have incorporated. I've worked for other retail companies in the past and no one has the culture like Sephora, which is why there is such great tenure here.

Air conditioners will make the job a job .Right now everyone is miserable. We walk around with towels around our neck to keep wiping sweat

We need better leads, i can not stress this enough. The store director treats us like we are five year olds. The executive lead does not value our work life balance and shcedules us for either low hours or strange hours. The operations lead is a nightmare to work with, beauty lead withholds gratis.

Talk with the ones that are territorial focus them on team work building towards same results if they dont get aligned let them go

They need to show they care instead of telling us it cost too much to keep us cool when the temperature is 98 degrees outside and 104 in the warehouse

Have information that is correct and not just lie about the job position
