Review from Customer Support Dept

They live the Sephora values, have clear open communication and just value you as an employee, always showing their gratitude and appreciation.

Pragmatic regional CEO and CFO, supported by strong Global leadership team.

Our leadership team is very respectful to every individual regardless of their employment level and their D&I policies. It's an honor to work for Sephora!

Review from Operations Dept

Encouraging the adoption of new tech and trying to improve more on collaborating with new vendors for marketing

they are not afraid to take risk and they incorporate and value DEI in everything

Review from HR Dept

Jean Andre is amazing and really seems to care not only about the company but the people. I hope that he imparts that wisdom on Artemis too. Other execs seem okay.

I appreciate the understanding of flexibility with the workplace and that Sephora strives to make the environment a positive place to work and be, whether you are in the office or remotely depending on the day. The resources to navigate this are also helpful.

Transparency and communication is great, as employees we always are kept in the know around how the business is doing, key initiatives, etc.

Review from Operations Dept

They have a great vision on how to expand and maintain the company. They continue to push the limits and are open to new ventures.

Review from Design Dept

Humans first. Value and respect of hard work, supporting future endeavors. Keep it fun and fresh!

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

diversity, caring about other things than just sales, fixing their favouritism

Get us some air. This is a billion dollar business why do we have to be feeling faint. It's a heat warning in the area and it's extra hot in there

Everything. They have no sensibilities

Review from Sales Dept

Building teams and leaders from within

Yes specially being a new store they need better team building skills

less favouritism and more feedback

Employees need to matter. Especially when the company doesn't want to deal with an employee with disabilities

having empathy and caring about their workers

Being consistant with store policies and actually following store policies, treating all employees fairly, standing up for emplyees when clients treat employees abusively

Being fair to all employees, no favoring or making yp new rules everyday.

They need to learn more on there color match.

Everythint. They dont know how to manage at all. They are bullies running the floor. All they care about is the sell, not the client and especially not the employee.

listening to BAs. We are overworked and given no grace. We get yelled at for the slightest mistakes. Leadership doesn't listen to what's voiced to them and just pushes issues to the side.

Many District Managers think thry are above the law because of their tenured. They only wsnt young fresh District Managers.

Being understanding about being sick, being more compassionate abd understanding, being more laid back about policies

They need mlre Professional, and communication skills.

HR and VP's need to get better at answering emails. They are too overwhelmedt they can't take a second to answer an important question.

EVERYTHING. More education on how to run a store how to care about emoloyees and their personal life

Review from Sales Dept

More teamwork and respectful communication

everything, communication? kindness. much more
