Full-time employees in Engineering are 60% Indian. Managers are now almost 90% Indian. There's a pro-Indian, racist vibe that goes undiscussed by the larger business. Ironically, off-shore and J-1 Visa folks are mostly from Central Europe, as they put a European-centric staff augmentation in place to counter-balance the rapid hiring of Indians and give it a veneer of diversity.
