
There are many allowances that are simply paid on a monthly basis instead of requiring "paperwork" for reimbursement. Compensation also includes "Share the Fruit" (variable pay) that is tied to Goals. This keeps us focused on what is important for the company to thrive.
There is a strong connectivity across the organization and within teams. Although many work remotely, we operate well through tools to stay very connected to each other's deliverables. Many offer to help whenever they can. I feel there are not the typical silos many companies have.
