I like that it takes into consideration not only work performance goals but also it considers our health, career development and learning opportunities. Also, the percentages are always the same depending on the level of the role so the model is very transparent.

There are many allowances that are simply paid on a monthly basis instead of requiring "paperwork" for reimbursement. Compensation also includes "Share the Fruit" (variable pay) that is tied to Goals. This keeps us focused on what is important for the company to thrive.

There is a strong connectivity across the organization and within teams. Although many work remotely, we operate well through tools to stay very connected to each other's deliverables. Many offer to help whenever they can. I feel there are not the typical silos many companies have.

We celebrate each other successes as we understand it helps us to grow the tree. There is no competitiveness or excessive goals and I can see the company values are not just in paper but rather something we live every day.
