What are some of the best things about your team?
Outstanding professionals but also really fun people to be around!
They are excellent professionals, always there to help when someone needs it and open to learn new things no matter how long they've been around.
Very smart people that put emphasis on being their best selves every day. People you can connect with and can become great friends!
There is a strong connectivity across the organization and within teams. Although many work remotely, we operate well through tools to stay very connected to each other's deliverables. Many offer to help whenever they can. I feel there are not the typical silos many companies have.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
