
Soft skills aside...being valued by corporate as a part time sales associate non existent. No benefits..no sick days..no vacation or paid time off and pay less than a Walmart associate. We are expected to work 52 weeks a year... It's expected that we get excited about sales promotions and while managers get perks and bonuses ..we ..the Team as we are called..never get to share... but are expected to work harder for no extra compensation. This is why you can't get or keep quality part timers. But you know that and you don't care. Having all the sales skills in the world don't mean a thing if you know that no one really cares.
