What do you like best about the leadership team?
City and District Managers are forced to focus on their budget for their bonuses. They forget what it is like at the store level. The stores are what make the company profitable. Not middle management.
My leader is always decisive and solves problems very quickly.
Down to earth, easy to approach. Very accessible.
Personable, easy to talk to. My direct manager is literally the best. He has fostered my career and development and is one of the biggest reasons I choose Sherwin Williams

Supporting employees, putting qualified people in leadership roles that understand the market and plan accurately for success. Creating a company culture that supports the additional work load and compensating employees fairly for excessive work load.

Bonus is good if you hit. Hard to attain depending on previous year performance, benefits are good
There is potential to make good money.
Seems fair in relation to other companies.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Wages have not caught up to inflation increases.
They raised prices %20 but only paid me %8 more.
I am never able to take off because im always working

We all give the company dedication, effectiveness, and loyalty.
Just good people working together.
Helping customers meet their needs.
Everyone was very professional and sometimes quite funny.
Vast majority of our team is very good. Exceptional sales team very personable down to earth and fun to be around. Many long-term veteran employees that are extremely knowledgeable and professional.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Just need better quality employees and better pay

Locally culture is good. Messages from upper management are ridiculous
The working environment is quite comfortable and professional, everyone always helps each other.
I can depend on my coworkers to do their share without question and with honesty and integrity.

If you're not liked and if you one don't like you none of them like you if you're not like they will intentionally cause breakdowns so things have to be fixed over and over and over tedious things

Stop using the pre hire online interview and online application it is very poorly designed poorly worded instruction and overall difficult to navigate

The partnership with customers and their success. Winning against the completion. The camaraderie amongst coworkers

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Management needs to drastically change.
I havent been trained right since i have started.plus im sure my managers should have been the one to train. Also when asking for help i feel like it doent want to be offered and most times is told to look to the cheat cards. And may i remind again i was not trained properly.

Again comes to consistency and less beating of the chest. The company has become arrogant and prideful and with that now lacks direction.
It can't be improved until the much needed changes are made and implemented, Upon hiring and orientation there wasn't any kind of a handbook nor fire escape routine restrooms are toxic. Bull dozier the facility and build something more reputable
