City and District Managers are forced to focus on their budget for their bonuses. They forget what it is like at the store level. The stores are what make the company profitable. Not middle management.

My leader is always decisive and solves problems very quickly.

Bonus is good if you hit. Hard to attain depending on previous year performance, benefits are good

Management needs to drastically change.

I havent been trained right since i have started.plus im sure my managers should have been the one to train. Also when asking for help i feel like it doent want to be offered and most times is told to look to the cheat cards. And may i remind again i was not trained properly.

Again comes to consistency and less beating of the chest. The company has become arrogant and prideful and with that now lacks direction.

It can't be improved until the much needed changes are made and implemented, Upon hiring and orientation there wasn't any kind of a handbook nor fire escape routine restrooms are toxic. Bull dozier the facility and build something more reputable
