We all give the company dedication, effectiveness, and loyalty.

Just good people working together.

Helping customers meet their needs.

Everyone was very professional and sometimes quite funny.

Vast majority of our team is very good. Exceptional sales team very personable down to earth and fun to be around. Many long-term veteran employees that are extremely knowledgeable and professional.

Honesty , integrity, teamwork. We are a true team always willing to hold up the standards together no matter what.

If the management team wouldn't force us to coach each other because they won't leave the office

I was refused help when I asked for help . after not wanting to help me I injured my back doing it myself because that employee refused to help me

Treat all coworker equally regardless of any and all situations at home and at work. And if there is at any time work can not be funtioable due to any situation all workers should be able to trust manager to all employees conversation personal. I can not trust manager

Working as a team. There is rarely ever any team work and the new hired people are usually stuck doing big orders individually while the assistant manager, jey holder and manager sit and do nothing

It all comes down to management. If management doesn't know how to inspire or motivate its workers then nothing will ever flourish, only stay the same.

have more understanding about running a business

Better communication and not taking things person when a customer gets upset and then taking out their frustrations on others. Doing their part to keep the store running and not relying one one person solely to do all the cleaning etc

Better teamwork mindset, set each other up for success, improve communication.

I wish i was actually trained so i could be of use in the store. Very frustrating to have to ask to be trained or if theres any respurces available to me

Consistency from upper managerment with proper direction

Sherwin like many companies are struggling to hire good people. Sadly with a mediocre salary package it gets mediocre and below managers that stay with the company for DECADES. If they put in enough time they end up running things which is sad cause most of there IQs are below 100.
