Locally culture is good. Messages from upper management are ridiculous

The working environment is quite comfortable and professional, everyone always helps each other.

No bullying from the manager, a friendly environment where I dread going to work or thinking of going to work every single shift. Whether it be she gets talked to by her boss or fired, it needs to change as I feel belittled every time I'm there

How contractors treat us and the policies that make it exclusivly in there favor. I have been yelled at and harassed by customers and we are expected to take it or be insulted to ensure play margins and sales are fine.
