It was a personal experience with my direct supervisor. Didn't have unnecessary meetings with higher ups

They give you questions beforehand which keeps the process efficient and focused on relevant information. They allow us to question them.

Stop using the pre hire online interview and online application it is very poorly designed poorly worded instruction and overall difficult to navigate

The video pre interviews are a waste of time
Have more of a vetting process in terms of quality of work.

Make the test easier. Also don't test for marijuana it will soon be legal and not worth the effort.
Better management please more pay
Getting to know the people you are about to promote to see if they have the operational knowledge to run a store, not just be able to sell anything to anyone.
Modernize It's just a person reading questions off of a piece of paper.
Learn more about a person than just knowing that they will be your little "yes men." It takes brains to lead, not just a bunch of followers.
