Stop using the pre hire online interview and online application it is very poorly designed poorly worded instruction and overall difficult to navigate

Make the test easier. Also don't test for marijuana it will soon be legal and not worth the effort.

Getting to know the people you are about to promote to see if they have the operational knowledge to run a store, not just be able to sell anything to anyone.
Modernize It's just a person reading questions off of a piece of paper.
Learn more about a person than just knowing that they will be your little "yes men." It takes brains to lead, not just a bunch of followers.
