They give you questions beforehand which keeps the process efficient and focused on relevant information. They allow us to question them.

Modernize It's just a person reading questions off of a piece of paper.
Learn more about a person than just knowing that they will be your little "yes men." It takes brains to lead, not just a bunch of followers.
