What do you like best about the leadership team?

City and District Managers are forced to focus on their budget for their bonuses. They forget what it is like at the store level. The stores are what make the company profitable. Not middle management.

My leader is always decisive and solves problems very quickly.

Supporting employees, putting qualified people in leadership roles that understand the market and plan accurately for success. Creating a company culture that supports the additional work load and compensating employees fairly for excessive work load.

Leadership is obtuse in thinking. Mandates/company policies that are counter productive are embraced and pushed forcefully even when it is an obvious time waster. They have very little respect for past and current performance just a what will you do for me tomorrow mentality.
