Identifying the good employees and do everything in their power to keep them. Turnover is very high because the bad workers are catered to and the good workers are given all the work because they know that it will get done.
Never shown any appreciation for the fact that I bust my behind every day I work. When raises come up the higher ups get most of the money allotted to the workers while the lowest on the totem pole who do 95% of the work get very small raises.
Treat everyone the same whether you are a boss or the lowest employee. There are rules we have to follow but when you call out a higher up on a rules violation they say we are allowed to do this. Example: cell phones in the plant, food and drink anywhere but the break room
