The kindness value shows. Sometimes cutthroat people slip through the interviewing cracks, but they generally don't last long.

Snap's leadership team is genuine in their belief in the product to create real value for users. They have stayed true to this even when it has been misunderstood, led to reduced revenue, or been unpopular. Agree or disagree, you know where they stand and, if you agree, it's inspiring.
