Depends on the team, role, and which office you are working out of. If its TSD and you are successful, it can be quite more lucrative than that of the ISAM role. If its the ISAM role, regardless of "good" or "bad" you are at sales, it's really dependent on the book of business you inherit, and how strong the outbound (field sales rep) you are aligned to. Just be aware that the outbounds run the show, and with some you may do a lot more of their work that is not really heavily compensated for on your compensation plan. If its ISAM in seattle, don't do it. Pay is below the average and OB's that you are aligned to either don't do their jobs, or are really good that they get away with murder and treat their people like crap.
