I love my coworkers, and honestly that is what has kept me at the company this long, because leadership is...meh. Everyone is pretty positive and energetic.
Leadership and accountability can improve. Again, egos can sometimes be too much of a factor. I don't feel valued at work, which is not good for the company.
I believe the company as a whole would benefit if leadership would appreciate staff better. Everyone should be held to the same standard. Egos should go out the door, once you're clocked in.
Considering where I live and work, the wage should be higher. Also, are periodical raises a thing at this company? The thing is, everything is so ambiguous and nothing is ever really clearly defined (to everyone).
