
I would make an effort to offer raises and incentives to employees that work the hardest for the company. Morale is low much of the time due to the fact that the rate of pay is almost ridiculously low compared to other companies. It only goes to prove that if you are willing to pay a competitive wage for good employees, turn over will be low and customer service will be the best! Saying you appreciate your employees doesn’t speak nearly as loudly as compensating them for taking care of your company and clients and customers.
