Perform duties outside of the normal required duties with no extra compensation. Even a slight pay increase or even some recognition would go a long way
We don’t come close to the median pay for the positions we hold. We might occasionally receive a raise of 10 or 15 cents but it isn’t annually and it isn’t enough to make a difference when the cost of living is so much above the pay. I really like the company but they compensate poorly.

Management needs a more clearly defined objective and set of enforced rules, additionally they could pitch in more to help in our day to day task.
