Everyone works as a team to continuously improve the company.
Very fair and understanding that life happens, understands that comparing the super hard worker that occasionally misses work with the lazy workers that never miss is very unfair. The later should be compared to a thief stealing from the company.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Resolving issues with reasonable expectation and being proactive instead of reactive.
Listening to their employees instead of treating them like a number. Hold weekly or monthly meetings with employees, not just corp.
