Not much to say here, we are a family. We don't always agree be regardless we come back together and figure it out. We are a team.

Let me explain bored. There is never a lack of work and I am always working. But recently all our roles have changed and doing the same things day in and out gets boring, especially since my days prior were never the same.

While I know my direct manager very well and have a excellent working relationship with her. I think she always makes the best choices for our department and the company has a whole regarding of how hard those choices are and what her personal feeling are. I can't say that about others.

I am mostly happy with what I am paid, until I discover what some other departments make. I think think the pay scale is fair for the responsibilities that my department has. I have often thought maybe our manager doesn't fight for us when it comes to pay...She is a bottom line thinker!
