Actually showing leadership its terrible most of our calls were always numbers driven
I was told a number during my interview from my area sales manager and was offered a completely different number afterwards.

I started off in a support role/menu builder. In 2 weeks I was part of Implementation/Install. I asked to become a Sales partner and was granted the position almost immediately. They want you to succeed.
They pay people at a sub-human rate - a good portion of their sales force is commission-only and ends up owing the company more than they make based on "pull-back" clauses.
