Best in class company in a growing industry
I have grown so much since starting here and couldn't have achieved what I have without the diligence of my managers are willingness to take the time to help me out and teach me the ropes.
Leadership is hungry, helpful and always looking to learn new skills. This makes them open to hearing out new strategies and ideas. Having a receptive leadership team has been really great for our team.
They value everyone for who they are - including skills and areas for growth - and really foster an autonomous environment.

What's the work from home policy like at Status Labs?
It's flexible as needed, but preferential to come into the office! (And office life is very comfortable and nice..) 1-2 days per month are easily approved.
