All about profit now. Sad to see a once great company ruined.
So far I am very happy here at BNSFL.
Great immediate team members, but boss's boss's boss doesn't trust us and wants final say on everything without wanting to get involved in the nitty gritty of design. Recommendations based on a great deal of work are very quickly dismissed without much thought.
My experience at the company has been like a journey of growth and discovery. I feel supported, inspired, deeply connected, and free to explore creative ways to fulfill my purpose. Every day is an opportunity to connect, contribute, and evolve in a vibrant environment that makes me feel truly alive.
I set my own schedule and can easily contact teammates if I have any issues.
