Everyone is just really fun.
Everybody is very laid back. And they respect my contributions.
They are easily accessible and really care about their employees.
Everyone works really well together with minimal drama or office politics.
They were very open to meeting me after hours so that it wouldn't affect the company I was already working for.
They don't nitpick the hours. If I'm 10 minutes late because of traffic, that's ok. They really promote a good work/life balance.
There is almost no stress at all. I know what I have to do and when it needs to be done. Very little stress.
The pay is great and the benefits are ok. It's a small company so they do the best they can with what's available for benefits.
There are not a lot of politics. We all have the same goal: for the company to succeed. So there are not a lot of egos.
I just think that, as a smaller company, the health insurance options aren't that great. It has nothing to do with the company as much as what is available for a company our size.
