On the sales team, the payout rates are excellent with no cap.
Great compensation for the CLT region.
Don't pay people a fraction of their salary for the first 3 months. I've never seen this done before and seems highly unfair.
I just think that, as a smaller company, the health insurance options aren't that great. It has nothing to do with the company as much as what is available for a company our size.
