What did you like most about the interview process?
You got to meet the decision makers up front. No unnecessary hurdles
They were very open to meeting me after hours so that it wouldn't affect the company I was already working for.
I got to meet members of the team I would be joining to determine whether it was a good culture fit.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
More formalized process, I honestly would have never joined if I knew how disjoined things would be and the level of abuse I experienced at the hands of my manager personally.
