The ethos of learning and helping that we share, the autonomy we are provided, and the trust we are shown.
Stratifyd is a true Team in every sense. You work for the people around you and they do the same.
There are not a lot of politics. We all have the same goal: for the company to succeed. So there are not a lot of egos.
Everybody knows the goal and works diligently as a team towards it.
Open collaboration and always willing to help each other. No egos and we all work together to help the company succeed.
Even if the team seems quiet with their head down a lot of necessary communication is handled effectively on slack
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Sales and marketing have a terrible relationship and certain individuals refuse to collaborate who are vital to the process. This causes almost complete breakdown in process and impacts the effectiveness of the entire sales team. Sales and Marketing should be best friends.
